Avion provides system engineering support to the Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Research Development and Engineering Center (RDEC), Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) System Integration Divisions and the Program Office, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEWS) Product Director Aviation Survival Equipment (PD-ASE). Avion provides airworthiness qualification expertise, program support, system engineering, test and evaluation, data management, and system safety for the AH-64D, CH-47D/F, MH-47E, MH-60K, UH-60 and OH-58D. Our efforts support the technical and management decisions concerning the planning, implementation and execution of system modifications. Our support includes interface with Headquarters DA, PEO-AVN PMOs, AMCOM program elements, other Army major system commands, U.S. Army TRADOC agencies, and industry prime contractors/subcontractors.
