Avion also provides technical support to PM Reset in the areas of program integration, operational analysis, logistics technical services, assistance engineering, and specialized engineering and technical support to assist the operational decision making process. We provide analysis and integration of data from the programmatic and logistics functions, and synthesis of data to present project status, long range plans, and program accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary constraints, schedules and technical requirements. We interface with all regiment, program office and other Government agency and service component program management and functional disciplines in problem analysis, defining alternative solutions, providing recommendations and preparing reports. Avion personnel have also developed requirements for automated systems, and assisted in the planning, implementation, and modification of those systems.
